Dashboards e Relatórios muito limitados e não integrados ou seja, os numeros e dados do canal e do Flow não estão integrados aos dados e números do Zenvia Chat, com isso não temos como fazer um acompanhamento da Jornada do Cliente.
E alguns conceitos e dados precisam ser melhorados e adequados a realidade dos clientes
Visual e campos não customizáveis
