> **Pros**: If you are company that constantly deals with contracts and they are amended as well this software is essential. It has changed our efficiency but indexing all our contracts and simplified going to access the documents.

> **Cons**: We have not been able to search through our documents for words. Biggest issues we have and would be the most helpful to have this feature added. Needs a feature where images can be turned into PDFs so words can be searched.
> 
> Overall, incredible software minus the one flaw. Highly recommend to use for companies that deal with a lot of contracts that require constant updating for multiple service lines.

> **Pros**: The Automatic Renewal Request saves us so much time. It drives itself once we defined the parameters, the software does the rest. It was so easy to implement as well. Very user friendly.

> **Cons**: There isn't anything I do not like about this software because as soon as we discover a need or a gap, the software is updated to provide or fill in any gaps.

> We have updated \& created business practices for the successful implementation of the CTrax software to meet our needs. Since implementation we have upgraded to plus services. Our account compliance coordinator \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] does a fantastic job and keeps us on our toes. CTrax protects us against under insureds and non compliant entities.  I highly recommend this software if you are looking for a timely and efficient centralized COI management function.

> **Pros**: My favorite aspect of this software is the time i save because it centralizes all contracts in one place which makes them organized and easy to access. It also provides certain data of the contract without needing to click  and open each contract

> **Cons**: I do not currently have any issues with the software and whenever I have had  a small issue i contacted customer service and it was resolved very easily.
