It requires our involvement every step of the way and I am anticipating a smooth transition when our system is ready to go live. The team has been incredibly patient with us, accepting revisions and adjustments as each piece is put in place. I like that we get to 'test' each feature and each document and give feedback and ask for tweaks as we go along. The playbook is very helpful, providing a weekly check in of where we are in the process and what has been completed vs what steps are next. I am looking forward to our first team training to even more in-depth guidance. > > **Cons**: The themes for the website Memory pages seem a little cartoonish and there are not as many options as we are used to. The Workflows are taking some getting used to.
