It's user friendly and very smart to use. People are satisfied and grateful to use it. Communication improved a lot in all the plant hierarchy

I suppose that it would be better if the administrator could create the flows independently. Today we must call the Interacta customer service

Comments: Interacta is very easy to use and gives the workers a big support to focalize on the priorities and to share the information.

User friendly, social, real time, well structured, flexible and customizable
Cons:
To be more effective it's very important the integration and the cmmunication with the other systems. This is sometimes a problem, not because of Interacta, but for costs and timings requested by IT dept.

Pros:
Interacta became right after the setup the place to go for all the information about the project: updates, issues, pictures and so on all found their place under the interacta roof. We've used it for multiple projects and we've always found it usefull.
Cons:
Convincing my clients to switch from email based comunication to Interacta was initially harsh, but after the initial phase all went smooth
