> **Pros**: User friendly product with reliable and helpful support staff. 
Clear from input through to output with powerful processing of complex lease structures.
There are a great number of reporting efficiencies to be found through use of this product.

> **Cons**: Can be somewhat slow in larger models however I understand there are add-ons being implemented to improve this.
