Cristal una solución innovadora.

Comments: Me encanto la experiencia ya que realmente se nota una diferencia muy marcada en el antes y después de la implementación del software. Nos apoyaron en cambiar todas las etiquetas al lenguaje coloquial de nuestro país y brindaron en cada momento el acompañamiento para garantizar el éxito de la implementación.

Pros:

Cristal es una herramienta que nos ha apoyado en gran manera a llevar el registro y control de todos los viajes realizados. Lo que más me gusta de cristal es que podemos integrarlo y agregar caractarecticas unicas que se adaptan a nuestras necesidades.

Cons:

En el caso único de nuestra empresa nuestros procesos erán más simples y la implementación de cristal fue un poco más difícil porque los procesos del software son más complejos y amplios hubo resistencia por el usuario ya que se agregaron unos pasos más. Para la empresa son de más apoyo pero el usuario se resiste más. Sin embargo, logramos implementarlo.

Comments: Mi experiencia en general es muy satisfactoria, nos ha resuelto gran parte de nuestra necesidad operativa y conforme han pasado los años hemos evolucionado gracias a sus mejoras.

Pros:

Es una plataforma simple de uso y posee mucho potencial de crecimiento. Su simplicidad en la actualización e instalación permite depositar cierto nivel de maniobras en profesionales jr y eso descomprime otros niveles. El módulo de taller es muy interesante, me resulta practico y simple.

Cons:

Considero que debería tener una mejora en su estética (tanto para la versión desktop como para la web), restringir aún más los niveles de seguridad en cuanto al acceso a parámetros de configuración, y si bien el modelo de instalación es muy sencillo, posiblemente sería mejor un modelo cliente servidor sin el formato de instancia actual donde se observa todo el contenido del software.

Comments: Es buena,la uso a diario.

Pros:

Permite la integración de las operaciones, las ventas y la administración en un solo programa.

Cons:

No se puede abrir multiples ventanas y teine multiples pasos para un proceso.
