Spruce offers calling, text, fax and I like doing it all from the app. It makes working virtually very easy while still remaining in contact with our clients. We can do everything I need to do and the price is fair as we only need two log ins.

> **Pros**: The ease of access to all the information I needed. How easy it was to direct message with my doctor and get any support that I needed. I also remember it being extremely quick. I was able to get same day medicine. It's also very nice because you can message your doctor at any given time, even outside of your scheduled appointment times. If you can't get in touch with them, there is a support team who will message you back and help all they can. I was very impressed with this app.

> Spruce made it very easy for me to sign up, schedule, and follow through with my health plan. It was extremely convenient to download and get started within minutes. I recall being able to schedule an appointment for the same day that I signed up and downloaded the app. I believe I had my medicine within 5 or 6 hours or initially trying to schedule an appointment, which to me was just incredible and extremely convenient. This app was very impressive.
