Overall, I like it much better than I did Google App Maker and I find it much easier to use and deploy than options like Zapier. The documentation is excellent, and while I rated customer support highly, I've not actually had to interact with anyone from support due to the excellent knowledgebase. > > **Cons**: I didn't like that the approval of applications by IT isn't a default setting, but it was easy enough to go and change the setting. Now it's a standard action whenever I assist a customer with setting up their new Google environment in conjunction with GW Apps. > > The main problem we are addressing is the replacement of Google App Maker.
