> **Pros**: I like the automated appointment reminders, the easy billing, and the way the scheduling feature is as well.  I also like that if there are any changes or things that could make our job easier and flow better we have the ability to suggest that and it is changed or added with no issues.
> 
> **Cons**: I do not like that we cannot back date when billing out. Other than that I think the system works out pretty well.
