> **Pros**: A Arquivei proporciona uma solução de conversão de arquivos em grande escala que não é fácil de encontrar no mercado. O suporte deles é muito prestativo também.

> **Cons**: No que tange a conversão de arquivos, o layout do website de fazer o upload dos arquivos a serem convertidos e o layout de acompanhento desses arquivos também pode ser confunso em diversos momentos. No mais, o desempenho de prazo para concluir a tarefa também costuma ser bem variável, podendo levar muito mais tempo ou menos tempo para converter a mesma quantidade de arquivos, por exemplo, considerado um ponto negativo por não dar previsibilidade para planejamento.

> Os pontos negativos costumam demandar muito esforço e deixar algumas incertezas quanto ao controle de arquivos que são enviados, convertidos e/ou dão erro.
