> **Pros**: I have been so impressed with the AutoAlert program. With it, my salesmen and I can keep detailed communication records simply and easily. We can avoid over-contacting customers. We are able to send on demand emails to extremely specific groups.

> **Pros**: AlertMiner allows us to stay on top of our customers that could be in a position to upgrade their vehicle with little to no cost to them. It shows us which customers have been researching vehicles on our website, or when their warranty is close to expiration, making them excellent in-market candidates for an upgrade.

> **Cons**: With the current inventory shortages, the software is still trying to upgrade customers into vehicles that could be 6+ months away from availability on the lot. There needs to be a disclaimer that a factory order could be required for an upgrade. In our individual situation, we need more tech-savvy sales consultants to maximize our return on investment.
