> **Pros**: One of the best features of Worksoft Certify is that it is a scriptless tool. The overall maintenance effort is also relatively low compared to other products in the industry. Apart from automating SAP solution in our project, we also utilised this tool to automate genesys UI which increased the overall automation coverage across the product.
> 
> **Cons**: One of the cons of using the tool is that it's unable to place calls as part of testing AI chatbot. Also users are unable to automate live chat journeys using Worksoft certify.
> 
> We are currently working on integration of Worksoft Certify with JIRA which is appearing to be very promising.
