It handles multiple languages well, although it does struggle if different languages are used within the same call. The iPhone app is a real plus. I can record meetings or conversations on the fly, which has been more useful than I expected. The AI search is another strong point. Being able to search across hundreds of meeting notes and quickly find what I need saves a lot of time. I am also very aware that I am probably not using it to its full potential yet. If I spent more time digging into all the features, I suspect I would get even more out of it. For context, in 2025 alone Fireflies.ai has recorded 526 meetings for me. That adds up to roughly 20,000 minutes in meetings. Slightly scary when you see it written down, but also a good reminder of how central this tool has become to how I work.
