The ability to build targeted lists and easily edit is a major plus, and having journalist contact details and recent articles in one place saves a lot of time. I also find the Chrome add-on particularly useful for adding contacts to lists quickly and easily. > > **Cons**: While the platform is efficient, the journalist database can sometimes feel a little out of date. The actual interface for editing releases can feel slightly clunky when editing longer releases also, and slightly temperamental when pasting content. I also like how varied the media contacts database is and that I have access to international news desks and journos as well as Irish ones. I will search a name in the search bar and it won’t show up immediately, but then I search it a different day or via the browser extension on an article the journalist has written and it’ll show up. Also, sometimes the formatting when drafting press releases is tricky especially when I copy over from Microsoft word or other docs. The fonts will appear differently or spacing is slightly off, etc. > > Overall very happy with the service\!
