Every few months the staff keep badgering me to play again\! Also it takes basically zero extra time out of anyone's day because a) it's really simple, and b) it's just about stuff you do every day anyway (eating, sleeping, exercising) and about the simple choices around these things that make a big difference to your health and wellbeing. We had around 90% of our team engaging every day of a 4 week game, which was orders of magnitude better than any other initiatives we've tried. > > **Cons**: I didn't win\!
