> **Pros**: Bit of a reach here given the final outcome was super detrimental. The user interface is simple relative to other tools. Boolean searches don't work.

> **Cons**: The Spamhaus email spam trap and having to change our domain name because said organization does not accept feedback.

> Fine enough I guess. Bought online. Software works dispensing what its supposed to with relative accuracy, when you want a complicated title search with AND/OR or something the front end isn't equipped for that.
