Sometimes when downloading quotations to outlook to send, it creates random symbols in the title. Also it would be helpful if the invoicing option linked to accounts software like xero without us manually having to upload the invoices. Furthermore, we find the layout within quotations quite limiting and rigid to use. The tables are often difficult to navigate and the page layout has limitations. Finally, the security and access tab is far to extensive.
