> **Pros**: No coding means a quick implementation for clients. Helps lost users, more friendly than site search, increases revenue by increasing conversion, decreases bounce rate, is mobile friendly, company implements suggestions quickly. Separate from Facebook Messenger.

> **Cons**: I have a client that wanted live chat features. That isn't a con now though, as they added that feature request quickly for us.

> I recommend this specific chatbot for any client looking to maximize their revenue, and have started using it on one of our sister companies: An eCommerce store selling sporting goods.
