> **Pros**: Platform improved during years in content and in the user experience. Now is easy to use and complete for his purpose

> **Cons**: Nothing in particular. We had minor issue that was properly addressed by support

> SupplHI helped us in the search of vendor that we did not know, structure a qualification process without needs significant effort from our side to maintain, comply with the request of our internal department (Quality and Internal Audit), provide with an effective tool to collect and and aggregate Vendor Performance Ratings.
