The tool is easy to use and can be used live with the customer. We can give the customer access to review and comment on the processes (and the supporting information we are recording). This provides a controlled way of working. Customers have their own preferred means of providing management systems information to their personnel from use of WORD documents and SharePoint, to bespoke software such as BusinessOptix. We have been able to use the output from BusinessOptix when creating materials for customers.
