> **Pros**: The immediate visibility into who has access to information and more importantly why, prior to Torsion, finding out who has access was a lengthy process, now it is simple and native in the Microsoft ecosystem. Simply click "See who has access" and from there quickly control who "Should" have access. Removing the requirement to request reporting from IT made our day to day information governance processes quick and efficient. If asked to prove who has access, we can now quickly demonstrate and tell the reason why they have access.

> **Cons**: Hard to find an area we did not like, the process for implementation is well thought through and the delivery methodology ticks all of the right boxes, you need to plan effectively and understand information governance is not something you simply install, it is a process and has to be worked through appropriately

> Fantastic product, great leadership, support from Torsion has been outstanding and having had many conversation with senior leaders at our clients and having the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] from Torsion represent and walk a client through the journey has been outstanding. Clients love it

> **Pros**: The lightbulb moment for me was when i could see a report telling me how many files were shared externally. Following on from this being able drill down to get the detail easily and quickly without using IT resources .  This is an invaluable tool for us in managing our ISO27001 system.

> **Cons**: It takes a little while to understand some of terminology used and to get your head around some of the concepts. Well  worth spending time on so you can get the most out of the solution.

> Engaging with Torsion during the set-up was easy. We were taken through each stage of implementation in a simple and structured way. Each stage building on the next. The Torsion team spent time explaining some of the more difficult concepts and terminology allowing us to apply rules to our business and users.
