> **Pros**: A user friendly system – The layout is clean and intuitive, making it easy for staff to manage tickets both in the front and back end. &#10;Really reliable system performance – Ticketure runs consistently (we have not experienced any downtime) supporting uninterrupted operations.&#10;Responsive customer support – When help is needed, the Ticketure support team responds very quickly and effectively.

> **Cons**: Kibana’s reporting system has a steep learning curve, but once you get to grips with it, it proves to be extremely powerful. I’m now a confident and competent user, but I would still consider it the least user‑friendly part of the overall platform

> **Cons**: This is something that is a pro in certain situations and a fairly light con in other situations- sometimes there are so many options and updates it is hard to keep up\!

> I have worked with over 7 ticketing point-of-sale systems over the last 18 years and have consistently been floored by the attentiveness and care given by the Ticketure customer success, support and implementation teams. Our up- time has been unmatched, fixes to bugs get addressed and rolled out in a very reasonable amount of time. And, again, the honesty with which the team approaches the product and the organization working with them is something I have never seen before and it really speaks to the integrity of the Ticketure Team and their belief in the product.

It also allows for many different configurations and settings for specified needs in creating and facilitating specialized purchases for events, promotions and programs. Customer Support in Ticketure is always readily available and assists swiftly whenever needs arise. The Database management within Ticketure is relatively smooth, seamless and effectively detailed. Ticketure support staff is notably receptive of feedback and consistently makes attempts to resolve issues.

> **Cons**: Ticketure's system for finding specific or recent orders if a name and/or email is not provided can be difficult and clunky. If ever an order needs to be retrieved, support often has to be summoned to track down some orders that don't have an email associated. Ticketure has very limited features when it comes to facilitating Membership \&amp; Donor processes. There is a lack of personalization features for Members in terms of tracking Member arrival and perks usage among other needs. The Donor and the Gifting process is not customizable for clients or purchasers and there is need to bolster the features available. There is lack of evidence that the feedback is realistically applied to make improvements to the platform rather than simply alternative compromises.

> Overall, Ticketure is highly beneficial for normal, day-to-day admissions processes within our organization. Ticketure does offer a lot of settings and configurations on its platform, and does provide plenty of tools to better understand the platform as well. There is need to enhance the platform's donor and member features to elevate our utilization of Ticketure and increase customer engagement within our organization.

> **Cons**: There aren't any dislikes for Ticketure. Whenever a concept is unavailable, they submit a new feature request, providing hope for the future. Considering what we used before Ticketure, I have no complaints.
