Formulas frequently glitched or did not work at all. > > Impossible to get in touch with customer service. I paid a full year upfront and the platform has never worked properly. It takes over 3 weeks just to get a response, and every reply is “we are working on it” with no real resolution or only temporary fixes. Automations, formulas, and filtering do not work, making the system unusable. When I asked to cancel, I was not asking for a refund, I simply wanted to leave because the product does not deliver what was promised, and they refused. Preventing customers from canceling while failing to provide a functional product is unacceptable.
