> **Cons**: reports are very limited most of the reports are not useful. limited options for linux OS, no options to patch Unix systems

> we were using windows WSUS services before migrating to ISEC, which is was time consuming and not accurate as well failure % was very high. ISEC resolved all these issues, and reduced turnover time upto 70% and increased productivity for Security team

3. Finally the patching is done so quick when compared to other tools in the market.

We need one package for installation rather than having certificates and installation module seperately.

> **Pros**: The software has some good patching controls that allow specific scanning and organizing of patches. Patching schedules are useful and allow a great deal of control.

> **Cons**: There is no way to setup redundant scans or reboots. So if a machine doesn't reboot through the service it requires manual intervention. With no logged reason why reboots failed. High price point and poor customer service in later years of use.
> 
> Initially the software was great for managing a server update system as a replacement for WSUS. However over a few years the customer service declined and the software did not expand capabilities as some competitors did.
