> **Pros**: I love the feature that allows you to basically copy the prior pay period's information, and keep the same hours.  If you haven't taken vacation, etc, and worked the same schedule, it only takes a couple of minutes per pay period to process your time.

> **Cons**: I wish it had a little more "how to" options.  It's pretty easy to use, but I prefer having directions clearly written.

> Executime has made our recording keeping a breeze.  No more keeping time cards/excel spreadsheets/making copies.  No more data entry into the system by our Payroll department. We enter it, and our supervisor approves it.  Easy and straightforward.
