> **Pros**: Cloud base so accessible anywhere including mobile devices. Web base ordering feature allowed selected accounts to order on their own directly. Integrated all warehouse functions such as pick list, pallets, and receiving orders. Seamless features from sales, merchandising, supervisors, warehouse, and drivers.

> **Cons**: Unable to switch delivery days on web base ordering. Sometimes a break in  communication from VIP when system would be down due to updates.
> 
> VIP has great customer service and offers many features to help a distributor run smoothly.
