Pros:

As the admin user it is great that you can limited access for the users to only see certain audits. Support team are always very helpful and quick to respond. The app is also easy to navigate meaning that it is fast to train staff how to use it.

Cons:

I find the backend portal on the webpage very slow despite using very strong wifi. I don't like that I can't permanently delete audits it has to be done by the go audits team. I think further descriptions and features could be useful so we can maximum the audits to the best of their ability. We would love to be able to complete the audit and send it to external users for them to review and sign.

What I liked least about GoAudits is the occasional lag in the mobile app, especially when dealing with larger datasets. This can be a minor inconvenience during extensive audits. This rarely happens but worth mentioning.

Comments: It's been amazing. I appreciate how quickly the team responds to changes we make to our audits, how user friendly the audits are, and the accountability of being able to receive photos from our staff/employees to ensure processes are being followed.

Pros:

The flexibility to make the audits unique to fit our business needs. We use the audits for multiple stores along with our food trucks, which allows us to ensure we have checks and balances for our processes and there's consistency across the board.

Cons:

I can honestly say we don't have anything negative to say. We've been very pleased with the program and our business has become much more efficient.

it is a great application and accurate application for auditing.

Cons:

It is very difficult to re-arrange the list as you need to re-create the list which will take you more time. for example: 1. Floor 24 2. Floor 22 3. Floor 23 It would be great if I could drag 3. Floor 23 to replace with 2. Floor 22. cause sometime the content of each floor are different. so we just can't rename the floor.

Comments: The overall experience of GoAudits has been really positive. The excellent customer service and support, together with the great product, user-friendly, additional functionality and in-depth reporting gave us a easy and cost effective route to make the shift from paper to digital inspections. We will continue to recommend Go Audits to others.

Pros:

Our Association represents the best visitors attractions in Devon. All our members are annually inspected to ensure the highest standards and visitor experience. Go Audits made it possible for us to make the transition from paper to digital for our inspections. This was made easy with the excellent customer care and support they offer. Our inspectors really enjoy using the App and using the additional functionality of adding photos and comments. Plus our members really rate the full detailed reports they receive. We are heading into year two and will start benchmarking. We have updated our original form with the help of support and are now bringing in another Mystery Shopper inspection form. Go Audits have offered us further training on additional functionality that we didn't use in year one. We have already recommended Go Audits to a similar Tourism Association and would highly recommend to others.

Cons:

One url with all the platforms in one place would be easier but its all still workable.

GoAudits works for most of our company and client needs. The customer service is always top notch. The overall program is easy to set up and use.

Cons:

Building an audit from scratch is difficult for a new user, fortunately, GoAudits and their team can take your concept, even from a scratch of paper, and build an audit system to suit your needs.

1. The new application is really fast and loved the upgrade 2. Easy to use (After the induction to the app, after a few times, it is great to use.) 3. [sensitive content hidden] is supper! 4. [sensitive content hidden], our customer success manager, is top! 5. Go Audits did the checklist for us, which was so helpful as it is tricky and challenging for users uploading the questions. When you are not uploading your checklist, you are often unable to do so. Our entire team is grateful for this service.

Cons:

1. When using the old platform and completing our checklist via tablet or phone, it sometimes crushed, and when logged in through a computer or laptop, many questions did not save the answer as well as the images uploaded from the inspector.

What I think about GoAudits

Comments: I think that it is a great learning tool. Personally, I use it for our newer associates to determine how they're doing which I believe gives actual evidence in regards to their performance

Pros:

- it is able to capture images - it has an extensive list of all the standards that apply to the environment - it can be customised - reports are easily accessible and generated in a timely manner

Cons:

- can be very time consuming - at times the related standard is not applicable on the departmental audit itself

Through live inspections and instant reporting, the app enabled us to analyse all activities in greater detail without spending so much time on traditional procedures. The fields are simple to fill out, and the app's user interface is intuitive, the ability to add instant pictures is great.

Although the re-importing option can be a little bit slower at times, overall the experience was positive.

The dashboard, webapp, and mobile apps are all excellent platforms. They all have their own functions and are user-friendly. The dashboard is excellent for assessing all of the received inspections, and both the webapp and mobile app make it simple to conduct inspections.

Cons:

I currently have no complaints, however I would just suggest adding more options to the Dashboard that can aid businesses in gaining more benefits.
