> **Pros**: The technical assistance from the team at Vonix was immediate with follow-up instructions for us to be able to refer back to as needed. The team, especially \[sensitive content hidden\], never made us feel like we were bothering them even though we called and emailed quite a few times in the first couple of days after installation. Everyone that came onsite was so friendly and eager to make sure we were satisfied with the entire set-up of our system.
