> **Pros**: I’ve been using the software for over two years and find it intuitive and easy to set up and use.  The seamless workflow when entering lease data and tenant/owner information and running CAM/TMI statements is a speedy and efficient process.  Managing properties/sites/buildings/units/premises is easy as the software is capable of accommodating variations in lease set-up and recognises the need for flexibility.  

Day-to-day, the filtering options are also a great time-saver which makes finding and entering data a breeze.  All processes are performed swiftly and data can be saved and re-visited for editing, if necessary, until posted.  Reports are generated quickly when required.  I found the support team to be responsive and prompt in addressing any issues/questions I had during the training process and the team remains committed and available at all times. 
I would definitely recommended CRESSblue to commercial property managers.
