> **Pros**: I started using it because it was cheaper but now after using it for 2 years I realize that it is very costly due to their poor support and uneducated support team

> **Cons**: Unskilled, uneducated, and the poorest support team, who don't bother to fix the issue but in actually create the problems and don't care to inform the customer or fix it.

> Very poor, whenever I contacted them for any support, they failed to fix the issue in one go and in fact they keep doing R\&D on my live servers, even at the time of creating the support tickets I always informed them these are live server and don't do R\&D but still they don't bother and do whatever they like.

Recently my server was down for 2 days due to a lack of knowledge and R\&D.

The price is cheap, but you need to pay a hefty cost as you will lose your customers due to their poor support and lack of knowledge. So never think of using Webuzo.
