> **Pros**: Compared to what we had before, SLLS is like Prometheus bring fire to humanity.  I like the open layout, comprehensive options and support from a UK based company.

> **Cons**: Sometimes its difficult to figure out how carry out a particular action, because while most things are intuitive, some are not.
That, and I would love to be able to add 'junior admin' licences with two options and not need to buy an additional admin licence.

> **Pros**: Easy to issue books, add and remove them. Able to down load the overdue loans reports, Able to do daily uploads of new users, sends out automated messages to remind learners to bring books back to the library. Good service overall.

> **Cons**: The search function is not always great especially when we have added new books. Takes a few attempts before it works. Does not have a stocktake function. Had a few issues generating certain reports. May need further training on this

> A brilliant system. Better than the last library system I used. More functional system, able to export reports, brilliant help guides for new and existing users. There is no stock check mode which is a shame and we have had to do this manually so this could be something that could be worked up

> **Cons**: The IT updates\! These invariably change something that was working perfectly well before which when you have multi users, most of whom are not familiar with IT, causes difficulties. Also we have had to contact IT support on quite a few occasions.

> It would be beneficial if the IT / development team could visit a working site once in awhile - get areal understanding of how SLLS works on a practical level. There are all sorts of 'new' changes which I'm not sure are helpful. Seeing these in action would make that more obvious.

> **Pros**: Easy to use, once you have the training\!  The support team are incredible and will get back to you ASAP.

> **Cons**: Some parts of the website can be a little clunky (adding new books), and other things are a little hard to find eg. Overdue books per class.

> Using Simple Little Library System has been fairly smooth.  I took over from someone without a handover.  The team from SLLS arranged video calls to help me get set up.  Since then, they have been incredible about any little glitches we have had.  I have had additional phone calls and they respond to emails very quickly\!
