"Piattaforma interfunzionale molto flessibile e agile"

Comments: Abbiamo implementato con successo la parte di B2C agevolando enormemente il processo di acquisizione degli ordini. Con il modulo MES abbiamo interfacciato tutte le macchine di produzione e semplificato il processo di produzione. Con il modulo WMS abbiamo reso più efficiente il flusso di preparazione ed uscita dei prodotti dal magazzino.

Pros: L'integrazione con il gestionale esistente è stata molto veloce e ben strutturata. La sincronizzazione è molto veloce e non crea attese. Il bello di questa piattaforma è la modularità con la quale si può iniziare con pochi moduli e poi integrare velocemente con gli altri secondo necessità. Molto carina e ben sviluppata la parte dell'analisi dei dati. Per esigenze di personalizzazione la piattaforma si presta molto bene a sviluppare con rapidità il risultato voluto.

Cons: Quando il software ha avuto qualche errore il bug è stato prontamente risolto dall'assistenza tecnica che risponde sempre in modo veloce.

"Software Ideale per le nostre esigenze"

Comments: Complessivamente la nostra esperienza con Bquadro è da ritenersi più che soddisfacente questo grazie anche all'ottima assistenza clienti che è sempre pronta sia per supportare i nostri nuovi utenti sia per ampliare e soprattutto adattare le funzionalità del software alle nostre esigenze.

Pros: Il vantaggio principale che rilevo in questo software è la possibilità di configurarlo per tutte le mie esigenze, nello specifico vendiamo consulenze sempre diverse e abbiamo la necessità di una software flessibile, bquadro parte già con una configurazione completa ma la possibilità di configurarlo e adattarlo quasi settimanalmente ai nostri nuovi prodotti consulenziale è una caratteristica che difficilmente riscontriamo Inn software analoghi.

Cons: Inizialmente il software aveva alcune carenze, un paio d'anni fa non aveva possibilità di integrarlo con l'amministrazione, con i vari aggiornamenti fatti dalla software house ad oggi è un software completo e utilizzato da tutti i nostri reparti aziendali.

"quadro"

Comments: il software è utile e ben organizzato, ma al momento, senza determinate modifiche che non possiamo fare in autonomia, non lo possiamo utilizzare a pieno e nel modo più completo.

Pros: il software è immediato e semplice per quanto riguarda la gestione del cliente, la creazione delle relazioni e delle anagrafiche.

Cons: almeno per l'utilizzo che ne facciamo io e i miei colleghi, la configurazione e la creazione dei progetti dovrebbe essere soggetta a continui cambiamenti, in base alle esigenze, e si conseguenza sarebbe maggiormente utile una configurazione standard e più semplificata.

"Versatile e potente"

Comments: Con BQuadro siamo riusciti in azienda a raggiungere un grado di collaborazione davvero molto elevato, andando a gestire sia processi lato vendite, che controllo gestione/project management, che amministrazione.

Pros: Il software ha permesso all'area commerciale di gestire in un unico posto le varie fasi del ciclo di vendita: la parte CRM consente di mappare e gestire l'intera pipeline. La possibilità poi di gestire i documenti (offerte e contratti) da un'unica interfaccia, lo rende uno strumento ideale per far collaborare le diverse figure aziendali.

Cons: Migliorabile la visualizzazione in caso di rendicontazione attività molto frammentate (15 min.). Possibile sviluppo: gestire tranche di fatturazione in modo da alimentare automaticamente la fatturazione per i progetti a forfait.

"Time tracking veloce"

Pros: Personalmente utilizzo il modulo di Time Tracking per la gestione dei progetti.
In primo luogo l'estetica è asciutta e funzionale, secondo me è l'aspetto giusto per uno strumento di lavoro.
Nella parte di imputazione dati, a livello funzionale c'è tutto (e solo) quel che serve, dove serve: ci sono solo i pulsanti e i campi che servono e sono dove ci si aspetta che siano.
C'è una buona interazione del mouse nel calendario, il che rende agevole imputare il tempo nei vari progetti.

Cons: La visualizzazione dei testi che descrivono l'attività (progetto, fase) sul calendario, potrebbe essere leggermente migliorata nel caso le attività registrate siano di durata insufficiente per mostrare i testi per intero.
La presentazione sintetica dei dati dei progetti è funzionale per un monitoraggio quotidiano ma per la chiusura di progetto l'unità minima (l'ora) potrebbe essere troppo grossolana. Sarebbe utile, specie in progetti piccoli, avere anche le frazioni di ora.
