Customer support is excellent, and I don't feel like I need to be a tech wizard or an accountant to use the program. I can stick to what my job is - lawyering. How can this be? I did not knowingly choose to purchase what appears to be a beta version of your software. You need either the banking features enabled in NextGen or my account reverted to Classic, or refunded the annual fee I paid tonight. Trying to put in hard expenses, ridiculous\! Could not get anything I tried to populate. No way to sync bank accounts or to upload data, the options for expense items is far too limited. Maybe they are set for Canada, but we use more specific expense categories, such as subpoenas, and process servers, and not just private investigators, but in house investigation, and more.
