> **Pros**: It is easy to use. It has a dashboard that combines all the data. It's really easy to make informed decisions about the websites I'm working on. Also installing the Reactflow code on the website was a breeze.

> **Cons**: Some features feel half-baked, like the bug tracking, which doesn't currently show all the errors on modern websites. Sometimes the app stops responding and I have to refresh the whole page. The user interface leaves a lot to be desired.

> I was manly using Google Analytics and Yandex Metrika to analyse and monitor websites, so heat maps and visitor recordings were new to me. I quickly saw the value in using a tool like Reactflow. I used it on a few websites and within hours I got very useful information. I will continue to use it, but hope that they will drastically improve the user interface.

> **Pros**: - Everything just flies - the speed is there for sure, no waiting for a panel to load or an option to appear
- The Bug Tracking is something that should've been in competitors' tools, but it's not - and it seems extremely useful
- The installation process was dead-simple: I installed the single-line code and I was in\!

- Sometimes the UI/UX doesn't really tell you what option you're choosing or what would fit your current plan
- Some Widgets feel half-baked with some key features missing
- Perhaps there will be more features coming soon, as of now it's not as feature-complete as Hotjar for example

> I've been using Hotjar for over 2 years and in all honesty, it started to get a little bloated. Even though it mainly had the same feature set as it had in the beginning, the interface felt sluggish.
Reactflow is the opposite of that, it sort of has less features right now, but everything feels very snappy. And the Bugs section is something I've never seen before - will definitely have to give that a go soon.

> **Pros**: It’s absolutely great to see the way real users browser your site. You can see where the attention goes, and what is hidden from the avg visitors view. It’s extremely detailed down to how long a page is viewed, and what is clicked on (even if there is no link) you can use this info to make a link there

> **Cons**: It was a bit of a pain to set up, however, the word press plugin was updated to remedy that. The dashboard is a bit convoluted with info, with little in the ways of documentation to explain certain things.

> It's been overall alright, customer support has helped. Recently ran into a compatibility issue with my theme that is currently being worked on as it won't allow both to run at the same time. So the use has been paused for now.
