> **Pros**: The integration capabilities were at an equal lever compared with the most advanced RPA's that we evaluated and Pega has been on the market for a long time, which gave us confidence.
> 
> **Cons**: The implementation and the maintenance of the developed integrations was such a pain that we had to abandon the solution and move on to an API integration approach. The price of the solution is quite high compared to others.
> 
> We implemented RPA for some integrations that didn't have an API. The experience over the following months has been painful and we had to move on and leave the RPA integrations and build API's, because the automations we built with Pega were quite difficult to maintain and required a lot of time and expensive resources to maintain.
