We can find and analyse anomalies that would be hard to find otherwise, and on top of that we're getting the "full picture" considering all of the details around the occurring events in the platform. > > **Cons**: 1. My interpretation is that the product has been launched with a focus on the cloud solution, and even though there is an on premise solution availabile, it hasn't really been adapted for MSSP use. (Switching tenants from within the supertenant, templates for different roles, templates for tenant boundries and so on). 2. There are no official guidelines on how to perform backups at the moment. 3. No HA/redundancy when using on-prem? However, with the above being said, the support are always on their feet and able to help out in one way or another, which is great. > > Our experience has been very good so far, especially with the support. They are always keen on helping and finding the best possible solution. As far as the platform goes, I would appreciate more functions being added in the GUI to get away from having to use the API (and hence requesting the new API-libraries from time to time). I do however understand that this might not be the case for the majority of the customers since they're probably running the cloud based solution. As for the platform with the actual "use case", it's very good.
