It was unintuitive and cumbersome. Fulcrum was a joy from the beginning and just easy to use. The interface it intuitive and clean. It keeps us organized and I can do an order in under 5 minutes compared to 10 minutes with the old software. Our entire team really enjoy Fulcrum. I know the Fulcrum team is aware of these performance issues and work continuously and diligently to make it faster and more responsive. 95% of the time it's great but the 5% is frustrating. > > We came from a 9 month run with another "fabrication ERP". That experience was excruciating. After 9 months we knew we'd made a bad decision and had not choice than to find something else. What a difference. All ERPs are not the same. The implementation was easy and quick. And, the Fulcrum team are super dynamic. Anything that wasn't perfect 6 months ago has been fixed or addressed. I love the fact that when there is something awkward or "less than idea" for us, they want to hear about it. The have a single point of contact when there is a question. We're 2 years in and they still reach out zoom meeting from time to time to make sure we're using any new features or have any question/concerns.
