### "Good entry level CRM system and simple to use" — 4.0/5

> **Pros**: Simple to use CRM system, which we use across spex, group subscriptions, and display advertising
> 
> **Cons**: It is a little clunky and not as modern looking as things like Hubspot.  Sales team don't always add notes, and it's not linked to outlook to auto save conversations
> 
> Positive overall experience.  It is relatively simple CRM tool and doesn't have lots of advanced features but in my experience most sales people don't use them anyway.
