I could not stand the flow of this product. There was no flow. I did not like that there is no flow to the intake of the customer over to the workorder. I was told 24-48 hours for the switch over from quickbooks to this system after 3 days I had to call them to see where they were at. We could not use our system for these 3 days or anything we did input had to be input again into commander. > > When i started implementation and training all that \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] had explained in his sales the trainer did not know about . So went to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and he showed me some of the items and how to use that he discussed and the trainer said oh I learned some things today too. ugh. He told me he would get a different trainer for me and call me back the next morning. Never received a call or any further training but they were good to take and keep my money.
