> **Pros**: It was super clean, easy to use, and way more modern than a lot of other salon software. The booking flow made intuitive sense, it was simple to manage multiple stylists and types of services, and we didn’t need hours of training to get the team up to speed. I also liked how customizable the settings were, which made it easier to work with our hourly, gratuity-free setup. Bonus points for outstanding customer support when we needed it.

> **Cons**: We wish the timing and pricing customizations increased by a percentage instead of a flat dollar amount. With our hourly pricing model and each provider having their own rate, this feature didn’t work for us and made pricing adjustments a manual process. We also wish the two-way texting feature allowed conversations to be private between a provider and their client, instead of making every conversation visible to the entire salon team.

> Overall, Mangomint was one of the cleanest, easiest-to-use salon software platforms we’ve worked with. The booking system was smooth, the interface was modern and intuitive, and our team picked it up quickly without much training. When we switched from our previous software, which we’d used for two years, our bookings increased by 20%. That alone made the transition worth it. While there were a few limitations around pricing customizations and texting privacy, it was a major upgrade in terms of user experience and daily operations.

> **Pros**: It works so well when you have more than one location of your business. Easy, staff friendly and clients love it. Makes rebooking clients easy and the payroll and customer support is amazing. I am happy to have it for my spa and enjoy the updates that is always improving.

> Terribel. As soon as you are done onboarding there is no customer service. They will tell you that they aren’t available dor phone callsz once i tried to cancrl i learned my entire account will be deleted and ill never have access to any of those files. I have used many scheduling systems and this is not the case. Mangomint also nickel and dimes you for add ons and becomes very expensive quickly

> **Pros**: I love how easy Mangomint is for my team to learn and use. The interface is intuitive for booking appointments and checking people out. We don't ever hear complaints from our patients regarding booking appointments online or the text messages that Mangomint sends out for us. &#10;&#10;The customer support is incredible. I often have complex reporting questions and the team is often able to find a work around or add in that report to the interface for me. They are constantly upgrading and adding new features to improve the platform.

> **Cons**: I wish there was a dual factor authentication especially from the phones. There are some other random one off issues that would make our lives easier -- like having a history of edits made to a ticket and who made them, not updating the pricing when we open an old ticket, adding a feature so my team can see inventory without editing the inventory numbers, easier way to associate products with specific services. &#10;&#10;We also love reporting -- I think there are additional reporting features that could be added over time to pull more metrics for the clinic and providers.

> Overall I would highly recommend Mangomint. I prefer Mangomint over the other EMR that we use for our surgical side of the office. I am always impressed with the customer support and their problem solving on my unusual requests.
