> **Pros**: I love scanning solutions because they are always helpful and easy to get into touch with. They are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied with their product and work.  Never have to wait long for help.

> **Cons**: We are unable to obtain inventory data from previous days. For example, if we wanted to know the total inventory of our automotive department on the 20th \& it is the 27th we are unable to get that information.

> It is great working with their customer service department. They know us by name, are very knowledgeable, and are able to resolve any issues very quickly.

> **Pros**: Cloud based is great\! Customer service is outstanding\!  Software is extremely easy to use\!

> **Cons**: I wish there were more ways to offer sales to our customers.  Ex: Buy 1 brand of item at regular price, buy more than 1 save a certain percentage or amount. Not the same product but same brand.Therefore this sale would be for several different price points since it is not for the same item.  Also, be able to delete several items at once instead of deleting items 1 at a time.
