"Best Home Exercise App"

Pros: I love that it is easy to select exercise, change the sets, reps and that the patient has no excuse for not knowing what to do at home. I've gotten great feedback from patients as well. Overall everyone seems to be very impressed by the app

Cons: Initially sorting through all the videos can take a bit of time. The PT wired team has TONS of pre loaded videos, which is ultimately a great thing but initially it took some getting used to sorting through them. Some of the videos have names different then what I call them so once I figured out the correct terms to search for it made it much easier!

"Not just HEP software, but also clinic branding and marketing platform"

Comments: Working with PT Wired has been amazing for my company. They are quick to solve any issue that may arise, and rep helps you step by step during the set up process and implementation. Other software I've had in the past promised a lot but failed to deliver. Not PT Wired. They actually care about the quality of the product and the user (physical therapist and patient) experience above making a buck. They are super responsive to feedback and update recommendations. The other aspect of PT Wired that really sets it apart from competitors is the ability to use it as a marketing tool. Not only will your clinic occupy real estate on your clients phone, but you are able to send them notifications, article suggestions, and really interact with them while they are away from the clinic. This is the ANSWER to patient drop off and increasing visit/HEP compliance.

Pros: -professional app customized and branded for your clinic
-patients download your specific clinic app in the app store
-ease to use and create HEP programs quickly
-keeps therapist in contact with patient while not in the clinic by leveraging technology, not time
-high quality videos in the app are vetted by a team of physical therapists, not tech guys or athletic trainers

Cons: -they have mentioned that they will be adding features to streamline external documentation but not here yet
-It would be amazing, if they had exercise progressions to aid physical therapist functional timetables.

"My patients love it!"

Pros: Easy set up, a good data base of exercises and videos, an ability to add exercises, an ability to customize the text, availability to reach the developer for assistance and the willingness of the developer to hear and accept feedback for suggestions. My therapists really like being able to track the compliance of their patients as well. The ability to message a patient or have the patient reach out to us on the platform is a huge plus. I'm currently working on a project with my team to upload several exercises geared to specific employee positions and sports. The platform is perfect for such customization.

Cons: It doesn't allow you to create a workout program for a patient that does not have an email address (yes, this occasionally happens). There is a workaround that the developer taught me that will allow me to create the program and then create a pdf to present personally to the patient. There are also some back office tasks that would be really helpful: printing email lists from existing users, and to sort by date... would be nice to print a list of the patients exercises without having to print all of the actual exercises to save paper.

"There's "Good Enough", and then there's "Great""

Comments: I really did not have any cons about the Application that PT Wired developed for us. I initially did have some concerns about version 1.0, but I was completely blown away with what version 2.0 produced. I have got to say, I didn’t expect that radical of a design change for the App in terms of both UI and UX, but I am beyond blown away with how professional it looks and I couldn’t be more proud to deploy this build to our patient base. I also did not expect these design changes would only take a matter of a few days. PT Wired was quick to respond to our feedback. I really enjoy working with PT Wired. I appreciate how they take each PT Practice’s uniqueness into account for all of the applications they develop, and they care deeply about their clients’ success, not just churning out a one-size-fits-all sort of application, and calling it a day. I was working with a Customer Representative named [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] for some time, but when I had questions more technical in nature, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] of PT Wired stepped in, and was able to quickly resolve my issues. I look forward to continuing our partnership.

Pros: - The interface is simple and easy to use. - I like the design language, and how consistent it is across the entire application. Nothing is overwhelming or turns me off about using it. - It streamlines the task for Physical Therapists in prescribing Home Exercise Programs to patients and we are able to monitor their compliance more accurately. - I like the direct messaging feature so that the patient can communicate directly with their provider. - I like that the patients can earn achievements by how frequently they use the app.

Cons: - I think the animations could be smoothed out a bit. When you navigate from screen to screen, there is actually no animation, the next page simply appears. Perhaps a sliding animation could mitigate what jarring effect this may have on users.

"Very Easy to Use, Responsive Team behind the Software"

Comments: My experience with PT Wired is as a professional physical therapist and as an advisor to the company. Truth is I liked the product enough to want to joint the team of professionals that are involved in building this incredible software. I can attest to the usefulness to my patients, and to how committed the staff behind the software are to ensuring the best possible experience for our customers.

Pros: Huge Catalog of exercise videos with accompanying clearly written instructions for patients.
A staff behind the scenes that continues to develop and add more exercises weekly.
Additional exercises can be requested to be added to the already large library by customers.
Enhances communication with patients, accuracy and follow through of home exercise programs

Cons: Early on I found some of the user interface functions regarding selecting exercises, and categories of exercises a bit cumbersome. After a discussion with the software team, they set about the task of improving these features. The only component of the software that I found to be a negative, was turned into a positive based upon my feedback.
