> **Pros**: Gift cards. I can't remember what I redeemed my first $10 for. It's nice to treat yourself. Food or something.

> **Cons**: The point system. I'm not sure what decisions are due to my employer and how nectar is already set up. I hear very few departments/people get a shout out every month.

> It's okay, I realize I'm going to take the approach of saving until I leave to cash out. We're told we can't share our 50-point allowance just cause; there has to be a reason using one of five (?) hashtags. So many nectar points not being shared cause people don't care, the earning rate doesn't make it worth it.
