> **Pros**: In depth reporting. The reporting was really good as you can compare apples to apples.
> 
> **Cons**: Not user friendly. We also kept losing connection with the site.  There were hiccups as we kept having to reload Ibid.
> 
> I wasn't happy.  The interface is not professional enough and the service ping coudln't handle 300 guests.
