Love this system!
Comments: I have frustrated myself at time, but it's really wonderful once you learn the system.
Pros:
Once fully understood, it's easy to use and customizable. [sensitive content hidden] is a great teacher!!
Cons:
Not being tech savvy, I have struggled in areas, that later I discovered through great training by [sensitive content hidden], that there is nothing I dont like about it!
Billing training in ZooBook
Comments: I was very comfortable in my training and the different areas today. I look forward to learning and working in the system in the future.
Pros:
It provides ease of working within the program. It doesn't appear to be difficult to learn the program and how to operate the different areas.
Cons:
Because I haven't worked in the system in great amount of time I can't state any negative issues at this time.
Zoobooks is a good platform

Usually user friendly but sometimes gliches take too much time to reset-- i.e. drop down menus-not updated Progress and monthly notes- what is needed and not needed
Cons:
Sign-ins and reset of passwords could be a bit easier. I understand the need for levels of security-but would like an easier way to reset password when you forget a new one just entered.

I rate the overall application of this app a 9.5 out of 10.
Support staff is very courtesy and understanding of clients/consumer needs.
Zoobook is a moving system, once you learn the parts, it operates as a well oilded machine! It is very effective and efficient to use.

It is an easy application to implement for beginners of electronic health records and is able to use with minimal effort.

I have no concerns at this time and would recommend it too others.

Comments: Generally good. No problems with support. Sometimes it takes a while to get supervisor's approval to change a note. Don't understand why it needs supervisor approval to cancel a duplicate note., etc.

Switching to Zoobook
Comments: It was great; everything comes when you learn it. I can say I love this system after receiving full training. I also tell my staff that if they have an issue, they should get back to the Support Team, who will help and train them if needed.
Pros:
When we switched to Zoobook, we were using only a recorded system, not an EHR system. Zoobook is like a dynamic, live website with colors and many functions. I love their billing system; what they have now is very helpful, and they always add more to the system. The Widgets system is also great and very easy to use. As for their Support Team, they are excellent at organizing meetings and replying to emails. They are like magic; with them, there are no problems.
Cons:
Before I got into the recurring meetings with [sensitive content hidden], I thought it was really hard to use the billing system on Zoobook. However, during our meetings with him, he corrected everything, made things easy for us, and also kept following up with us to make sure everything was alright.
Audit Experience
Comments: We had a scheduled audit from the state. To ensure compliance with government regulations, we reached out to the customer support team of the system we use to request customization that would meet our specific requirements. They responded promptly and efficiently, even over the weekend, to ensure that all the necessary features were in place. Their support will be instrumental in helping us pass the audit and maintain compliance with government rules and regulations. I am highly satisfied with their service.

The team is fully cognizant of their actions and maintains a highly skilled customer service department that is consistently accessible and accommodating.
Cons:
Thus far, everyone has been very supportive and friendly.

Most user-friendly electronic record that I have used.
Cons:
There may not be a feature for Therapist to delete a duplicate progress note or progress note entered in another client's chart or incorrectly.

Comments:
The current experience has been positive, especially after addressing numerous complaints and resolving issues. I hope the system continues to function this effectively. Working with [sensitive content hidden]
has been a pleasure; he is qualified, intelligent, and an excellent support member.
Pros:
The improvements made in their support team are noticeable. Previously, it could take days to receive a response to an email, but now their response time is significantly faster. This could be due to an increase in team members or perhaps more effective training and instructions for the team. Whatever the case, their support team has significantly improved and is now performing exceptionally well.
Cons:
The stabilization of the system, we wake up everyday and waiting for what is the new issue we will find in Zoobook

Comments: They are great and they know what they are doing. When we were about to go live, they extended their shifts to upload our clients' information so we could go live without delaying our work. Their support team is fantastic.

Their support team is fantastic. I have never emailed them without receiving a very fast reply, and they do exactly what I want. They have a very qualified team. I send them emails every day about deleting notes, correcting notes, and they are always fast and accurate

I hate that we didn't have an access to edit or delete, but on the other hand, this is very good for the documentation and the accuracy.
