There was one person I spoke to over the phone who assisted with correcting a payroll, and she was delightful and took care of the issue while explaining how to avoid it in the future. I appreciate her so much\! > > **Cons**: Everything about the setup and attempts to receive assistance from ADP has been a nightmare. The company was assigned a person who is supposed to help with the account after setup, and they have not responded to any of several messages sent. The person we worked with to get things set up is largely non-responsive and has made promises that haven't been kept. I am so happy for the company that the contract is not terribly long-term, because this process has been awful with the exception of the person noted in the pros section. > > The product is great, the rest of the experience, not so much.
