Seamless way to manage our workspace! 5/5
Comments: TableAir helps us to run a day-to-day operation smoother. No overlaps, a clear understanding of what takes up our workspace, and analytics for that on top. Our operation is relatively small, but the office is constantly booked and it just helped us to remove the hassle.
Pros:
Adding another SaaS on top of the current tech stack always creates some hassle. Not something we experienced with TableAir though. The integration was seamless, it did not require any effort from us. Once the solution is adopted - it just runs smoothly.
Cons:
Nothing so far. Just curious to see how TableAir adapts to our scaling.
Low cost and easy to use!
Comments: I've been using the system for a while now. At first, I was sceptical that our employees wouldn’t be willing to take on anything beyond their existing tasks. However, once we integrated TableAir with Microsoft Teams, everyone adapted to the process effortlessly.
Pros:
It's easy to use. Our users didn't need much training to get used to the system. Integration with Teams helped ensure a quick and efficient rollout.
Cons:
No cons! It does exactly what it says on the tin, and I love everything about it.
Alternatives Considered: deskbird, Envoy and Kadence
Reasons for Switching to TableAir: Functionality and price. Most of these vendors are able to do the same functions but TableAir stood out with its pricing model.
Enhancing Flexibility in the Workplace
Comments: Overall, TableAir has really streamlined our office experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to others!
Pros:
I’ve been using TableAir for a while now, and I have to say, it’s made a huge difference in how we manage our workspace. First off, the interface is super user-friendly. It’s really easy for everyone to book desks and meeting rooms, and the interactive floor maps showing real-time availability are a game-changer. No more wandering around looking for a free space! I also love the real-time availability feature. The signage outside the meeting rooms lets you know instantly if a room is free or booked, which saves so much time. What I appreciate most is how it gives employees flexibility. We can manage our own bookings, which has really helped improve productivity around here. The analytics and reporting tools are another plus. They provide insights into how we’re using our space, which helps us make smarter decisions about our office layout. Lastly, the setup was quick, just two workdays, and the customer support has been great whenever I’ve had questions.
Cons:
With the focus on shared spaces, some employees miss having a dedicated desk that reflects their personal work style, which can affect their sense of belonging in the office. But that's not directly related to TableAir; it's more about the overall shift in workplace culture towards flexibility and collaboration. This change can make it challenging for some to feel fully settled or connected to their workspace.
Satisfied customer/organization
Pros:
The ease of use and implementation. Next to easy to explain to users and overall view
Cons:
Using the QR-code, as it doesn't give a direct feedback on availability of workspaces. We use sensors with optical lights on every workspace
TableAir Review
Comments: We have been using this now for several years and the latest updates have made a great improvement to the overall usability. We are able to upload our own 3D Layout plans to the system.
Pros:
Easy interface that works well on both Desktop and Mobile interfaces
Cons:
There are not really any Cons i have come across
