> **Pros**: The overall employee engagement across the organization has increased, the platform is very easy to use and gives a lot of insights which helps to understand employees better. 

The Let's Buzzz platform offers various features like birthday \& anniversary announcements,  rewards, recognition, happiness index and much more..

> **Cons**: So far we haven't experienced any glitch to soon to mention the cons as we have customized the platform according to our requirements.
