> **Pros**: Using hearsay at our office has made communication with customers faster and easier than ever before. Customers respond to texts on a more frequent basis than returning voicemails. A short to the point message gets a quick response and makes communication that much easier.

> **Cons**: The only downfall is if customers do not accept the initial hearsay request there is a waiting period before you can resend the next invitation.
