Comments: First, onboarding process is effortless and interview scheduling is great we were previously using Upwork for our freelancer needs now we use GoHire to solve this
Pros:
Gohire automates and ease of our hiring process. We are not aa big company to have an HR however with go hire all is solved, it works like an HR manager for our company.
Cons:
Actually ther is nothing I can say negative about the product as it works like a charm for us.

Easiest Multi Job Post Platform
Comments: We are using GoHire for almost 2 years now. We are very satisfied with the job application process and how easy to evaluate applicants.
Pros:
A dedicated hiring web page that can be integrated with your domain Team/company page that can be able to share your company culture for interested applicants. Very beautiful UI in the app Email template replies for the applicants
Cons:
No auto-publish/update jobs ads High price with partner paid job listings No integration to local/classified job listings

We are using gohire for more than 2 years on daily basis. It's amazingly slow, almost impossible to operate many times.

We tried gohire as well as other 3 software for HR management. It really surprised us for its simplicity and the wide feature set

It might be useful to remind unused features through a tutorial because Gohire has more features than what we use

Pros:
I liked the fact that it was so easy to manage and start. You can also add your talent pool and populate all your recruitment on GoHire rather than using spreadsheets and manually doing it all yourself.I also like the email management system whereby you can literally use the entire platform for recruitment - whether that's adding the job adverts, contacting potential candidates or screening CV's.
Cons:
I had a few issues with populating job ads at Indeed, but the customer service team were great and helped me resolve that problem.I would like the option to have more of an onboarding programme set up there for after a candidate is hired.

Comments: All the staff at GoHire have been extremely supportive during our set up and continue to support as we continue to grow. Plus they are really friendly and communicate quickly and effectively when we have questions.
Pros:
The ease of job postings and candidate management takes a huge load off our already full plates. It is great that we can automate workflows and the automation is a highly useful and effective feature.
Cons:
We can't add application forms into our adverts but this isn't a fault of GoHire but is restricted by job boards.

GoHire Makes Things Easier
Pros:
I really like that we could track applicants from multiple sources and locations. That was so helpful! They were easy to sort through and pull resumes from as well. It's a great tool!
Cons:
We had some issues with messaging, where, for some reason, we stopped being able to send messages out. However, the applicants' contact information was in their resume anyway, so it was easy to reach out via email.

Still new to Gohire
Pros:
job posting to multiple job sites at one time. options to boost the jobs, candidate rating and interview tracking with a team is centralised Ability to create multiple evaluation templates and share them or request responses is nice. Ability to quickly go over multiple candidates is nice. Ability to reach out to multiple job services is nice.
Cons:
Cannot upload multiple files for candidates. For example, we typically ask for a presentation and examples of written work. Those, along with resume needs to be uploaded for everyone's review. Cannot upload anything other than PDF files. Cannot upload Word resumes, PPT presentations, etc. Cannot view a composite of all evaluations per candidate. Have to review one at a time with just an averaging of responses as the "final" score. Does not take into account priority. Is there a way to set up job application templates such that requests for Evaluations are pre-populated? For example every candidate of a role will have an associated interview evaluation form and 3x reference checks. Evaluation scores are presented to the evaluator before they input their decision. This can serve to bias their responses.
Great software that got our resume submissions organized!
Comments: Finally have a system to that doesn't require printed paper and a binder to track resume/portfolio submissions. This has saved time by being able to review, keyword tag, and respond all in one place and has organized all our submissions in one location. Also allows for multiple people to respond using the response template - previously emails were in one person's inbox without a system for sorting. When we have a need it saved so much time being able to quickly sort qualified candidates.
Pros:
This software is fantastic for the tagging/keyword feature, having candidate resumes and cover letters all in one place and being able to rate candidates easily for sorting. We receive a lot of resumes, and the keyword features have helped us sort responses to review later based on skills needed. It's a great resource to keep all the resume info neatly collected in one place to easily review when needed. Love that responses can also be tracked to make sure all get responded to in timely manner - the response template is great! It's been so helpful to have this in something other than just emails! Easily integrated with our website and was able to implement quickly. Easy interface to work with and very intuitive made this a great solution.
Cons:
Not fully customizable - we currently don't have any open positions, but the software would not let us change the part that says "Current Jobs at...." and "We have xx Open Jobs" We have a lot of people that submit resumes for future consideration even when there are no open positions. It's a little misleading but we've tried to give enough information in the description and titles to overcome this.
GoHire Makes Weeding Out Candidates Easy
Comments: GoHire has helped us weed through many awful candidates for content writers fast, and focus on properly vetting the great ones! We've hired quite a couple thanks to GoHire, and with our small staff, we wouldn't have time to without using this platform.
Pros:
The number one feature I love about GoHire is its ability to post to multiple job boards in one click, without looking like a bot posted! It saves me hours of time, not to mention having to log into each program to check if candidates applied.
Cons:
It looks like you can only embed the hiring page on one website, which is a bummer because our company owns multiple websites and we wanted to have the same hiring page on each one.
Rex Engineering GoHire Review
Comments: It has been really good - one thing that we ran into was that our internal marketing had created really awesome job descriptions with added features but this was not compatible with the GoHire system. Would have been nice to attract candidates by this features. We were able to use this in our Careers Web page and hopefully these candidates experienced this there.
Pros:
The fact that it tracks my applicants and I can filter out the ones that are not likely to be considered for the position.
Cons:
I would like to be able to have a maybe bucket - along with the declined and active. This would give me an additional level of candidates. If I run out of desired candidates and have declined some it would be nice to have a maybe that I can then go to. Also maybe an internship bucket. One where I don't want to decline but I also do not want to have them as my top level.
Streamlined our Recruiting Efforts
Pros:
GoHire has been incredible since day #1. It's easy to use, and is extremely convenient for our applicants. We've made a ton of hires, and been able to stay extremely organized. Few things that our team loves: - the UI of the platform - how easy it is for us post our job to all job sites - the built in email integration - and a lot more! If you haven't checked these guys out yet, I highly recommend you do. They are consistently pushing updates!
Cons:
- none that I can think of at the moment. So far so good (and we've been using them for over a year!)
Perfect tool for filtering and hiring the right candidates!
Comments: GoHire is a must have tool for coordinating your hiring process!
Pros:
Before GoHire, we had to manually rely on emails coming in from different sources, with GoHire we have everything in one central place and are able to coordinate with all decision makers. The layout is clean and one has a great overview, particularly also which sources are more or less effective.
Cons:
Don't really have any cons - more like a wish list for the roadmap. Native integration with Facebook Jobs, XING (Germany Speaking Market) and LinkedIn. So to add the option to buy job listings on paid platforms centrally. Lasting but this dreaming, that they take over screening of candidates like implementing a quiz / scoring.
When something went wrong, don't expect anyone to fix it
Comments: Custom URL not working. Contacted Customer service (Philippine based contractor), who seems to have difficult reaching out to any actual employee in the UK. Waiting for days with exactly the same canned answer. I'm pretty sure the chaps in the UK are down in the pub, and nobody really talks to these contractors.
Pros:
Fairly priced, and job posting function is great
Cons:
Custom URL not working, and nobody bothers to fix it. Company hides behind a Philippine based contract-out customer service, which isn't helpful at all.

Go hire fantastic way to use web based recruitment system
Comments: We are multi site and multi hiring managers. We have set up different team groups for using the system this works really well for managing across different job roles and sites .
Pros:
You don’t really need any training on the product or tho i did have some. It’s very easy to navigate and work your way thru. It really is so simple and you can push your jobs out with the click of a mouse.
Cons:
There was a little issue with job templates initially when I started using the product but they quickly fixed this and kept In touch with me.
Great Job Recruiting Tool !
Pros:
Perfect for tracking candidates and building hiring pipelines. The chance to send email templates adapted to each candidate and ready for the different stages. Customer service is also very fast, reliable and experienced. Overall, and the most important, extremely easy to use with a very friendly user experience.
Cons:
Nothing to point out. The features that I would require are in the more expensive version, so it makes sense how GoHire is managing this situation.
Great tool to manage your recruiting, hiring process
Comments: Smooth sailing. No training need as the tool is extremely intuitive. Managing our projects and candidates has been a breeze.
Pros:
Extremely intuitive, user-friendly. The ability to automatically post to job boards, communicate with candidates, set up teams, create a jobs landing page, all show that GoHire has a strong understanding of the challenges facing recruiting teams.
Cons:
You can't customize the heading of each job description or career page to reflect that we are a recruiting firm, not a direct employer.
